Meet Coach Dean Moskowitz

Dean has been doing martial arts since age 5, was a competitive fighter and has had the privilege of working with over 500 people with Parkinson's in the last decade.


For 10 years, Dean has helped individuals improve balance, mobility, strength, and confidence through Rock Steady Boxing.


His mission is simple:


Help people move better, feel stronger, and maintain independence through engaging exercise that is both effective and enjoyable.

Whether you're managing Parkinson's, concerned about balance, or simply want to stay active as you age, you'll receive expert guidance every step of the way.

Schedule and Location

Classes are held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11am-12pm.
We also send two video workouts per week that can be done at home as a way to keep moving on your days off if you choose to. These videos are also great if you miss a class or go on vacation.
